I created this original water lilies oil painting as a serene, hand-painted artwork of nature. The poetic floral waterscape depicts delicate blossoms floating over deep reflections and green lily pads. Soft pink and mauve petals harmonize with olive greens and creamy light across the water. My modern impressionist approach awakens an intimate sense of stillness, peace, and harmony. This canvas brings a gentle, meditative atmosphere into your home.

To shape this piece, I worked primarily with a palette knife and a thick impasto technique. I sculpted dense, generous layers of artist-grade oil paint directly across the canvas. This method creates a tactile 3D texture on the floating petals and water reflections. My dynamic knife strokes give depth, subtle movement, and organic life to the composition. The layered oil pigment interacts softly with natural ambient room light.
