1. Returns and Exchanges

I accept return requests for original paintings within 15 days of delivery.

• Custom & Commissioned Artworks: Please note that custom commissioned artworks are non-refundable and not eligible for returns due to their personalized nature and custom creation process.

2. Conditions for Eligible Returns

To qualify for a full refund, the following criteria must be met:

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition, without damage, alterations, or signs of display.

• The canvas must be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent heavy-duty protective packaging) to prevent damage during transit.

• Items must be dispatched back to the studio within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

Note: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, and a partial refund or deduction may apply.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

• Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees.

• Original Shipping Fees: Outbound original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Tracking & Insurance: I strongly advise using a trackable and insured shipping service (such as DHL Express or FedEx). The studio cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned artwork arrives at my Tuscan studio and is inspected:

• You will receive an email confirmation verifying receipt of the item.

• Upon approval, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method.

• Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.

5. Damaged Artwork in Transit

All artworks leave my studio professionally packaged and fully insured. In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

• Provide detailed, clear photographs showing:

  • The damage to the artwork itself.

  • The condition of the outer packaging and shipping label.
