This original Monterosso oil painting on canvas is a hand-painted artwork of sunlit coastal elegance. The panoramic Italian beach seascape scenery portrays the iconic sea rock rising beside sandy shores. Luminous sand beige and turquoise blend with deep cobalt, colourful parasols, and emerald hills. My modern impressionist approach awakens an authentic feeling of seaside joy, warmth, and coastal freedom. This scene brings radiant Ligurian sunshine into your home.

To shape this piece, I worked primarily with a palette knife and a thick impasto technique. I sculpted dense, generous layers of artist-grade oil paint directly across the canvas. This method creates a tactile 3D texture across the dramatic sea stack, sunlit shoreline, and waves. My dynamic knife strokes give continuous movement, depth, and sunny vitality to the composition. The layered oil pigment catches room light with quiet elegance.
