This original Amalfi Coast oil painting on canvas is a hand-painted artwork of sunlit Italian charm. The panoramic modern Italian seascape art portrays colourful cliffside houses cascading toward vibrant turquoise waters. Vivid red poppies blend with deep cobalt blue, pure white facades, and lush greenery. My modern impressionist approach awakens an authentic feeling of coastal joy, warmth, and freedom. This scene brings uplifting Mediterranean light into your home.

To shape this piece, I worked primarily with a palette knife and a thick impasto technique. I sculpted dense, generous layers of artist-grade oil paint directly across the canvas. This method creates a tactile 3D texture across the blooming floral foreground and coastal cliffs. My dynamic knife strokes give continuous movement, depth, and sunny vitality to the composition. The layered oil pigment catches room light with quiet elegance.
