This original Portofino oil painting on canvas is a hand-painted artwork of sunlit coastal elegance. The panoramic modern harbor view scenery portrays fishermen mending golden nets before pastel waterfront homes. Ochre facades and terracotta blend with golden nets, turquoise water reflections, and azure sky. My modern impressionist approach awakens an authentic feeling of seaside joy, warmth, and coastal freedom. This scene brings radiant Ligurian sunshine into your home.

To shape this piece, I worked primarily with a palette knife and a thick impasto technique. I sculpted dense, generous layers of artist-grade oil paint directly across the canvas. This method creates a tactile 3D texture across the wooden rowboat, nets, and harbour reflections. My dynamic knife strokes give continuous movement, depth, and sunny vitality to the composition. The layered oil pigment catches room light with quiet elegance.
