This original vertical Positano oil painting is a hand-painted artwork of radiant Amalfi Coast light. The vertical modern Amalfi Coast art portrays cliffside homes rising above glistening turquoise sea waters. Warm golden ochre and terracotta blend with deep cobalt blue, emerald hills, and red blossoms. My modern impressionist approach awakens an authentic feeling of Mediterranean joy, wonder, and serene warmth. This canvas brings Italian coastal sunshine into your home.

To shape this piece, I worked primarily with a palette knife and a thick impasto technique. I sculpted dense, generous layers of artist-grade oil paint directly across the canvas. This method creates a tactile 3D texture across the blooming terraces, golden dome, and cliffs. My dynamic knife strokes give continuous movement, depth, and sunny vitality to the composition. The layered oil pigment catches room light with quiet elegance.
