This original Positano vertical oil painting is a hand-painted artwork of sunlit coastal charm. The vertical modern Italian alley art portrays a picturesque stone pathway winding toward the church dome. Bougainvillea pink and red blend with white arches, warm ochre, and deep cobalt sea. My modern impressionist approach awakens an authentic feeling of Mediterranean warmth, joy, and serene freedom. This canvas brings romantic seaside light into your home.

To shape this piece, I worked primarily with a palette knife and a thick impasto technique. I sculpted dense, generous layers of artist-grade oil paint directly across the canvas. This method creates a tactile 3D texture across the stone arches, blooming bougainvillea, and cobblestones. My dynamic knife strokes give continuous movement, depth, and sunny vitality to the composition. The layered oil pigment catches room light with quiet elegance.
